All Returns Must Be Packed & include a RMA# (Return Material Authorization Number) issued by AFD/Art Frame Direct, Inc.
Items Damaged in Shipment
When you receive an order from AFD/Art Frame Direct, Inc you should always inspect the packaging for any signs of damages and report them on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. This will ease the claim process with the freight company in regards to the damaged shipment. We ask that you inspect your merchandise promptly upon receipt of goods and report any damages or discrepancies to AFD/Art Frame Direct, Inc within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Any damages reported after 72 hours will not be processed.
If you have a damaged item, please contact your customer service representative by calling 800-747-1893 or by utilizing the contact us page to send us an email in regards to your situation. Your customer service rep will issue a RMA# Return Material Authorization Number) and our damages/claims department will arrange for the damaged merchandise to be picked up and returned to our warehouse. It is important for you to keep the original packaging that the item was shipped in whenever possible use the original packaging to re-pack the damaged item for pick-up. AFD/Art Frame Direct, Inc will ship out a replacement for the damaged item as soon as it becomes available. If the item is a phase out that will no longer be carried by AFD/Art Frame Direct, Inc a credit will be issued to your account for future purchases.
Items Returned No Damage
Standard items are returnable for credit towards future orders within 7 days of the shipping date. All merchandise returned must have a RMA# from AFD/ArtFrame Direct, Inc. You may receive this authorization by contacting our customer service representatives at 800-747-1893 or by utilizing the contact us page of this site to send us an email in regards to your situation. All returns must be in salable condition and a 20% restocking fee will be charged against the merchandise being returned and applicable freight charges. Any and all returned merchandise must be returned in the original shipping containers.
CUSTOM PRODUCED MERCHANDISE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FRAMES, MIRRORS, MOLDING, CUSTOM VALANCES, AND OIL PAINTINGS, ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT, unless special authorization is obtained from AFD/Art Frame Direct, Inc.
All Cash and Carry Sales or Purchases with custom discounting are FINAL SALE and not eligible for any returns
