MATTHEW EOUSE, Managing Director
Matthew Eouse's journey began as a young teen, working alongside his father, George Eouse, at Art & Frame Direct (AFD Home). There, he immersed himself in the world of developing, designing, and manufacturing art and wall decor, participating in major tradeshows and gaining valuable experience in sales, driving trucks, and setting up displays.
Fueled by his dedication and entrepreneurial spirit, Matthew pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in entrepreneurship and strategic business development from Babson College. After graduation, he opened International Antiques in Boca Raton, FL and launched his first showroom in South Florida, witnessing rapid growth and success. This journey ultimately led him back to AFD Home, rejoining the family business and overseeing operations in a massive 120,000 sq ft facility in Delray Beach - the largest AFD Home Showroom ever.
Back at AFD Home's roots in Orlando, Matthew's visionary spirit soared to new heights. He transformed AFD Home's architectural medallions and moldings into a national brand and actively shaped the artistic direction, revitalizing art, frame, wall decor, and mirrors with the latest trends.
Standing by Matthew's side is his sister and partner, Sabrina Eouse, forming a formidable team that steers AFD Home towards continuous growth and success. As Managing Director, Matthew's focus remains on expanding the production business and elevating AFD Home's online presence, complemented by Sabrina's strategic prowess, propelling the company to new heights.
Their unwavering commitment to exquisite craftsmanship and global treasures drives AFD Home's remarkable legacy.
